Description/Background | Fluoppi (Fluorescent based technology detecting Protein-Protein Interactions) is a technology to visualize Protein-Protein Interactions (PPIs), and contains an oligomeric assembly helper tag (Ash-tag) and a tetrameric fluorescent tag (FP-tag). Anti-Ash-tag antibody detects N-term and C-term Ash-tag fusion proteins, and does not detect Azami-Green/Monti-Red fusion proteins or endogenous proteins. Therefore, this antibody is useable for ascertaining whether Ash-tagged proteins are expressed in Fluoppi (Fluorescent based technology detecting Protein-Protein Interactions) system. |
