The ELISA kit is enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of IL-1 alpha in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids.
This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using an antibody specific for human IL-1 alpha. This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural human IL-1 alpha. The minimum detectable dose (MDD) of IL-1 alpha typically less than 4 pg/mL.
