Unstained Protein Ladder, Broad Range (12 unstained bands, 10-200 kDa)
The unstained Protein Ladder is a high-quality combination of 12 unstained recombinant proteins that cover a broad range of molecular weights from 10 to 200 kDa. The proteins can be easily distinguished as separate bands when separated on the SDS-PAGE gel (MES buffer), and the intensified 25kDa and 85kDa protein bands act as the two reference bands.
The protein ladder is an essential tool for accurately measuring protein size and ensures precise separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The ladder provides unmatched accuracy for protein size and separation during Western transfers on PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose membranes.
