The Plus Prestained Protein Ladder is a high-quality combination of 9 pre-stained proteins that cover a wide range of molecular weights from 15 to 170 kDa. These 9 engineered proteins are conjugated covalently to a blue chromophore, while three distinct bands in  green, red, and peacock green cover 15 kDa, 70 kDa, and 60 kDa respectively,  serve as reliable reference markers.

The Plus Stained Protein Ladder is an essential tool for accurately measuring protein size and ensures precise separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
