The successful integration of DNA barcodes into MBL International’s QuickSwitch™ trimers, combined with iRepertoire’s innovative single-cell iPair™ technology for T-cell receptor (TCR)
alpha/beta VDJ pairing, has conclusively demonstrated the effective linkage between disease-associated peptides and their corresponding paired TCR VDJ sequences. The primary objective of this research endeavor was to refine the experimental protocol, making it conducive for standard laboratory settings. Our research findings affirm the user-friendliness of this optimized experimental procedure.
