The ELISA  kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of TNF-alpha in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.

This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using an antibody specific for human TNF- alpha. This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural human TNF-alpha. The minimum detectable dose (MDD) of TNF-alpha typically less than 6.9 pg/mL .
