The ELISA  kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of INF-gamma in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids.

This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using an antibody specific for human INF-gamma. This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural human INF -gamma. The minimum detectable dose (MDD) of INF-gamma typically less than 7.3pg/mL .
